With the passage of time different strategies were developed and among them Professional Learning Communities was one. PLCs are the communities in which teachers and students work together as equals. In these communities teacher does not play the role of traditional instructors, but, works along with students and other teachers to increase the learning of teachers and also to learn from his colleagues.
